"Pre-Op- Dr. Viglianco was very professional and very informative. He didn't make me feel rushed through my consultation at all. He really pointed out the importance of aftercare and offered any and all help the facilty offers. He listed the risks as well as benefits of surgery without making me feel pressured or swayed. The staff is out of this world. Everyone I have been in contact with treats me as though I am their only client. Considering I have only really had one experience in the facility thus far, I will be sure to change my response if I experience any negative situations along my journey.
