Surgery date!!!!

I went for my pre-op appointment on thursday and was asked if I want to take an early date for my surgery and I jumped at it. I go to have my surgery on Tuesday July 1st. I'm nervous
! I've been on the liquid diet for several days and have lost 10 lbs and I'm very happy about that. My husband been helping to clean the house; he's a real jewel. So the 1st will be my new independence day from this point on. More to come after the 1st.

Wednesday I will go to see Dr. Levison to get my pulmonary clearence. The last one. Then I guess I will get my pre-op appointment and then surgery. I'm nervous about the surgery. My son Riley is only 11, I worry about if my husband and Riley will be ok if something goes wrong during surgery. I know that my family will take good care of them if it does. I didn't think I would ever beable to use the CPAP machine, but I now have over two hundred hours on it and I'm able to use my teeth guard at night also. I' m really proud of myself for that. I've had alot of pain over the past couple of weeks. I know that my body can't carry this weight for much longer. It will be getting better soon. I'm looking forward to going on the liquid diet and lose a few pounds before surgery. It just can't come soon enough.
