I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all. (unknown author)FROM MY HEART TO YOU ~*~Hugs~*~

Hi Lisa: I have been loosing slower than I should too. Did you loose weight before your surgery? I did I lost 70lbs before in just 5 months. I figure my body is just adjusting. If in the next 2 months you dont loose any weight then you might ask your surgeon about it. I still have 200 lbs to loose.dont get too discouraged yet. You will loose slower now. Sheryl

Hello Lisa, My surgery was on July 9th and I have lost 36lbs. I still feel a bit achy and at times I get the dry heaves. I am very happy that I had the surgery and I would do it all over again. I just wanted to see how you was doing and to wish you all the best.
