God and my plate

The saying goes that God never give you more on your plate than you can handle, but he forgot my plate has to be smaller now. I am now down to 198 at six months out. Which is great. My 11 year old puppy who was suppose to grow old with me died last Friday. My plate is still not over full until today, a class mate of my oldest son was in an ATV accident this weekend and he lost his life. I am hanging in there but life some times needs to be in smaller doses.

Hey Beautiful People. Sorry it has taken so long for me to write but I am to busy living life. I have dropped from a 26W to a 18W and XL in tops. My shoe size has dropped from an 8 1/2 to a 7 to 7 1/2. Boy you have to buy now underclothes, everything. I feel fantastic. I go back to see doc and will see how much I have lost. I still have to be careful of beef , I can eat a taco but not a grill patti. dumped big time. I'll know better next time. My life still centers around food some times, but only on when I need to eat.

Yuck!!!!! day 8 of the liquid protien diet just two more days. I pray for Friday. I think thats how they get you, you will do anything to get it over with. I keep praying for Friday.
