start optifast tomorrow...any suggestion on how to - i know i read putting extras in them...on ice...anymore ideas?

well called hospital..they r not booking june apts - So she had told me that Dr grant chaov needs surgeries for july...so i took july 30th :)...so waiting for the calling for PATTS and to meet with him same day then surgery end of ju...

Tomorrow is the day i meet my surgeon...so freakin - So excited and happy...hope`n to get a surgery date by july or august :)

So it it the sooner u have ur surgeon apt the fast - or is it that the surgeon already has ur surgery date and u just wont know it until u see him??
or does it not get booked the day u see ur surgeon?
