I have lost 83lbs. since Feb.2007. I have energy now.

It is May 31st./2007- My weight loss as of today is  55lbs. I still have a hard time with food and protein. I went to Florida from May 18 to may 27. I could hardly eat anything but I had a really good time. I am now over half way to get to my goal at 150lbs.

I have not lost any weight in to weeks. I still think I'm eating to much. I'm very confused. I need to stay positive. At my 3 week appointment they weighed me and according to them I only lost 18 lbs.

I'm feeling really good. I think I'm pushing it with the food. Yesterday I ate a small potato and 6 baby carrots. Also to date, I have lost 22lbs.

Boy, the fear before my surgery was insane. It's been 5 days since my surgery(Feb.19/07) and I feel good. I'm starting to get some head hunger and I'm trying to get as much protein as I'm supposed to, but that gets hard to. It's not my favourite thing to drink.I think you know what I mean. I did have some problems in the hospital, but not from my surgery, all that was great and I felt good. I found out real quick I am allergic to the morphin. I scratched all night, and my chest was so conjested and I just couldn't breath right, but you know they were right at my side and got orders for benagryl and a different medication for pain.They also put me on oxygen and cough medicine.

Wow, the time has flew by, man I'm scared and full of fear, but on the other hand this is the beginning my second chance in life. Thank you GOD.

I have alot of fear. The surgery is coming fast. 18 more days. I feel so negative. I keep asking myself, what if I die? Or what if Dr. Shram can'y do my surgery. I wish I could feel more positive.

I am so happy. My surgery is Feb.19/07 with Dr.Shram. Holly emotions going on. I guess this is normal.

My Doctor is on back from vacation today. It is Jan.15/07. Hopefully I will get my surgery date today or tomorrow. Since I found out I was accepted for surgery i've been eating like a horse. I'm feeling really scared, I can't wait to get this surgery over with. So I can start my new life. I know it's going to be hard, but it's something I have to do.
