"Dr. Smith has been wonderful throughout the whole process and continues to be there for all his patients - I see him once a year but he is always available to me by phone if I have questions or problems about anything no matter how silly they may be. His staff is wonderful (sometimes they don't return calls as quickly as we would like them to but they are busy too). Ratings? Just do a little research --He is definitely top rated-Bedside manner - tops - Dr. Smith on a Scale of 1 to 10 -- I'd say 15!!!!! rnrnMy first appointment was April 4, 2003 - He is wonderful. I have not experienced any problems with insurance or with the scheduling of surgery (it did take a while, but no problem really). I look forward to having my surgery and begining a new life."
