"Dr. Waits is very patient and caring. He also is quite witty and puts you at ease immediately. He has been doing this procedure (in various forms) for over 15years. As he states over 600 patient procedures and knock on wood no patient fatalities. His office staff is very professional and efficient. He stresses support groups, met individually with me and then had a session with all new patients for a Q & A session at the end of the day. He only does Open procedures and explained his reasoning, (which made excellent sense) advised of all steps of the operation and post-op hospital stay.
