"This doctor is of excellent character and manner, but his office staff/nurse lacks any compassion or personality - actually quite rude. If you are only dealing with Dr. Madda all is good, but if you have any interation with his nurse you may face a challenge. His insurace girl (Hoffman Estates office) is very helpful and kind and quick to respond and answer questions. "

"My first impression of Dr. Cahill was very positive. He is a very gentle and genuine person. His office staff was kind and understanding especially since I was quite nervous. Dr. Cahill very clearly explained the risks involved as well as the benefits of the gastric bypass surgery. He explained that they have a very structured program before and after surgery, stressing that knowledge is the best thing you can have going into the surgery. So far I rate Dr.Cahill very high. His program leader and office staff also made a great first impression. "
