I can't believe it has already been 6 weeks. I have had some rough time. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital due to my diabetes. My overweight body has been so used to high sugars that the numbers never affected me. Well now that I am taking back control of my own life and getting my weight under controlI am really going to have to pay close attention to my sugar levels. This will just be the next process to gaining control. I had originally lost 32 lbs but went for checkup yesterday and gained 5 back - keep in mind I did say a spent 2 weeks in hospital - spent 10 days in ICU and didnt eat for 7. I am now back on track with my eating so a little gain was to be expected after a starvation phase. I am so looking forward to the process and the support we gain. I love everyone at Trinity - Dr Blaney- Amy and the girls. Thanks so much for the work you do..
