Hi everyone, it has been three years out since my surgury and i wouldn't change a thing. I will have to say i am at a stand still with weight and would like to lose twenty more pounds,but it's my own fault with eating what i do.....It doesn't help living in the midwest with snow and cold either....Dr. Alvarez is the greatest and I hope to see him again at one of the reunions.I do keep in touch with two other of my sleeve sisters and talk to one who had surgury before me. Support is important....To anyone thinking of having surgury DON'T think twice it will change your health....well spent money!
