Still haven't reached my goal! lol, but I am ok with that for now....6 lbs to go until I reach 150. I still want to be 140, though...
I still need to tone up..

We went to NYC for 5 days last week...it was incredible! We saw Wicked on Broadway..it was spectacular!!! We walked everywhere, took the subway to Queens/Jamaica at night lol (not scary at all lol)...the trip was cheaper because I didn't eat much lmao. I will post some pics...

Well, it's alomst my 1 year surgiversary! Today I weighed in at 158. I don't remember weighing this little, it's rad :D
A few weeks ago, I tried on my 9th grade home coming dress and it fit lol. I weighed about 163 when I tried it on. I still need to tone up in a bad way, but I'm lazy and I need to join a gym. I can't motivate myself to do it at home...
I got rid of all my fat clothes...gave them to the salvation army. There were about 100 lbs there...yikes! Now I'm selling all of my nice fat clothes on ebay so I can have some shopping money. I'm sick of wearing baggy panties LMAO.

I'm so happy with my life right now! I'm 161 now, 11 pounds away from my first goal of 150. I'm wearing a size 9/10 in jeans, medium bottoms, large-x-large shirts (my boobs never shrunk heh heh). I'm more active than I've ever been in my life...hiking, walking, jogging, swimming, biking (biked 17 miles in Seattle one day! Lots of hills there!). I really need to tone up, so that is my next major goal. I'll probably never get a tummy tuck, so I really need to focus on that area. I think I'd be in a 7/8 or lower if it weren't for my tummy getting in the way...blech. Oh well, I am very happy where I am now. I don't count calories or carbs, but I naturally reach for protein & veggies first...I'll never give up my love of cheese, wine, coffee & chocolate, but that is ok! I didn't have this surgery to be on a diet for the rest of my life...

NSV!! Today, my 5 year old son told me "You look really skinny, Mommy!!!" Then, he wrapped his little arms all the way around me. Such an awesome feeling! I'm down to 171, not too far from my goal (I'd love to be 145-150. I am 5'8"). I was about 175 when I got married almost 9 years ago. Soon I'll be in the 160's, which I don't ever remember being. I really need to take measurements and get new pics posted. Maybe tomorrow :D

I am so happy! Today I weighed in at 176. My husband bought me a new outfit for Mothers Day. I got size 11/12 jeans! I don't ever remember wearing this size. I also bought a hoodie in a turquoise color...I always, ALWAYS get black, so this is big for me LOL. I'm so thrilled right now. I've been losing about 2 lbs a week. Couldn't be happier! (I'm sure I will be happier when I reach goal in 25-30 lbs lol).

Well, I've been at a stall (stuck between 182-185) for about a month now. I gain & lose the same 3-4 lbs...UGH!
Well, I bought a bike, so now I have more reason to get some exercise. I rode it about 7 miles the other day (hills and wind included). I've also been walking 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week. I just wish the weather were nicer so I could get out there more...

We're leaving for Disneyland on Tuesday. I'm so excited...we've never been there (DH went for a few hours when he was a teenager, but the kids and I have never been). I'm so happy that I'll be able to fit on all the rides, plus have the energy to walk around all day. I have more energy than my 5 year old some days...it's awesome :D

As of today, I have lost 52 lbs! YAY! I'm thrilled. I have about 35-40 to go, hopefully by this summer. I really want to get a beach cruiser bike to get some fun exercise in. And I cannot wait until the weather is nice so we can take walks. The DREADmill is dreadfully boring lol.

Well, I've lost half of the weight until I reach my goal of 150! I'm so happy, I might go buy some new jeans tomorrow, well, since my only decent ones are 2-3 sizes too big :D

So, I've lost 35 lbs. I will update my measurements in a bit...

Here's a recipe i like:
I was inspired by Rachel Ray to make these... her idea was the ham lined cups...

Green Eggs & Ham

preheat oven to 400.
Line a mini muffin pan with thin sliced ham to form little cups.
In a blender or food processor,
add 3 eggs (or 6 egg whites),
about 1/4 cup milk or cream,
3/4 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1/4 cup cheese (I used parmesan and a little cheddar)
salt & pepper
blend until it's mixed, but not too pureed.

Pour egg mixture into the ham lined cups. Bake for about 18-20 minutes. These are so yummy and low carb. I ate 2 and was stuffed.

Today is my 2 month survery anniversary. I'm 28 lbs and a bunch of inches down. I'm on another stall (it's been a 10 days since I've lost anything). The last stall lasted almost 4 weeks. I need to start working out and tracking my calories AND drinking more water. That's all :)

I added 2 month pics. Notice that I'm wearing the same thing as my pre-op pics. I don't feel like I've lost much. My clothes are looser, but I'm not in a smaller size yet...10 more lbs, I think. That's the drawback of being tall.
