"03-15-02 I went to the seminar last night and I am so impressed and so anxious to get started. Dr Kuhn and Dr McCarty were both very informative and gave both sides of the procedure and explained it very well. I turned in all my paperwork to Chris and expect to hear from him and my insurance hopefuuly by the week of April 11th. After attending the seminar I am even more convinced that I have chosen the right path!
03-04-02 I went to my PCP today and she will get me the referral to Dr Kuhn and will also write my letter of medical necessity. One more hurdle crossed!!! I believe I am becoming obsessed with WLS.............02-28-02 I received my letter from Dr Kuhn's office saying I am going to the Mar 14th seminar and I need to bring my insurance card and documentation of at least two physician supervised weight loss programs. I finally feel I have started my journey. I know I still have a LONG way to go but it is so exciting to think this is going to happen. I am very anxious to meet him and his staff.
