Adrian Heap

"When I first met Dr. Heap, I was very comfortable with him. He is a little hard to understand, due to his accent. I went in with the idea I had no time to have complications, and that's the way everything went. He is good about answering your questions. He also makes sure you are comfortable in the hospital. I had no problem with his bedside manner. I am glad that his aftercare includes a check every three months for the first year. I think it is important to know how things are going, particularly with the D/S surgery. I have had no problem with his office staff. They have tried to answer any questions I may have. I think Dr. Heap is the best doctor around and the D/S surgery is the best way to go. For those who plan to see him, make sure you do your research and write down any questions you may have. He really likes people who come prepare to learn and get their questions answered. It was really important to me that I felt comfortable with him, as my primary doctor would not refer me. I felt like I had to have no problems, in order to show my primary doctor he was wrong, and that I made a good choice."
