"My evening and night nurses were excellent. But when I really needed help during the day , the day nurses and aides were never around, never offered assistance and were not very thoughtful. One aide stripped my bed then disappeared, I had to ask for it to be made 3 times so I could get back in bed and it took over an hour to get it done. Aides were also not thoughtful when making the beds and moving your stuff. They would move nurse call button to areas not possible to reach from where I was. During the day I was pretty much on my own , any time I needed assistance I had to ask and wait."
