Hello Lisa - Glad to hear your out of surgery and doing well. Just don't over do it, which is normal for the human side of us, it seems? A day or two of feeling great can give you false signals and leave you doing more then you should.
Take it easy, slow, and HEAL! :) Lots of H20, vitamins and walking are the ONLY other priorities. People tend to panic at the early stages because they cant get in enough protein or food - thats NORMAL! We all pretty much have a grace period of sorts the first 90 days. Our "obese" bodies have enough storage to feed off of so protein and foods can be weaned in gradually over time!
