Ok I have been out of the game for a minute but, I am back. I have lost a lot of weight over the years. I can not believe that it has been 7 years almost since the surgery. I have gone from 460 lbs to 210 lbs. I have to lose about 20 more lbs. Over the next few weeks I will post some up-to- date pics.
I did it I finally have reached my goal I have lost a total of 300 lbs. I am 160 lbs. I plan to have the surgery fon my stomach and breast. It has been a long hard 7 years but everything was so worth it. I want to lose 10 more lbs and then I will be completly done with my weightloss.
