"I was instantly at ease with Dr. Morimoto and very impressed by the staff she worked with. Insurance turned me down and I had to self pay. I could have shopped around but said "No way" I went with her because of my confidence in her. Don't even know if price would have been any different, don't care. She was terrific!! Very happy with results, would recommend her and her staff to anyone."
"Overall I think they did a very good job. It was very noisy in the room I was in. I was right across from a janitor closet and people were in and out of that all the time. And the CELL PHONES!!!! People should really be more polite with those things. Leave them in your car, let people leave you a message you can return later and don't stand right outside somebody elses door (or in a room that is shared) and talk all day and night. One thing I loved is that when a baby is born, soft chimes are sounded in the hallways."
"My first impression of Dr. Bright was a very good one. I rely heavily on first impressions so I was very glad that my husband and I were immediately comfortable with him. He discussed all of the different surgery options as well as the risks associated with them. His staff was very professional and very kind. We never felt that they were talking down to us and they all spoke with us as though we have known them for years. After care, I can tell, is crucial to them and their follow up program is excellent.
