"My first impression was that he was very young and I wondered how much experience he had. After meeting him I found he was very competent in dealing with people who genuinely wanted to lose weight. His staff was always helpful and had answers to my questions. They are quite friendly. I was a little disappointed in how long I had to wait to see him when I had an appointment but most doctors run behind schedule sometimes. I think future patients should know they will be in good hands and he does has quite an impressive background in bariatric surgery. He is a great believer in support groups and helping the patient after the surgery with motivation. Dr. Lalor covered all the risks of surgery well at the seminar and answered all my questions and concerns at our first meeting. I would give him a 9 rating on a 1 to 10 scale. You won't be sorry if you choose him as your surgeon. He definitely is a great surgeon with a wonderful beside manner. "
