All in all I would say that I had a pretty easy time with my surgery.  I was in the hospital for 2.5 days and other than a headache when they changed my pain medicine I was pretty well taken care of.  My surgery took only an hour and 15 minutes and my surgeon said that it went very well. 

I am 11 days out from surgery and like most of days, I have ups and downs trying to get in food, liquids and vitamins.  But I feel very lucky to have felt as great as I have through this process and am looking forward to the next food phase....for sure.
