Pre-op diet starts next week - 5/23

Not too worried about the pre-op diet.  My surgeon has made it very reasonable.  3 protein shakes & two frozen meals under 300 calories per day (Weight Watcher or Lean Cuisine) with all the veggies you want (no sauces or dressings).  I think I can handle that.  I have a lot of plans those two weeks to stay busy too. 

I'm dieting this week too because for the last month I really haven't been paying attention I'm afraid that I gained a few pounds and I don't want that to show up at my pre-admission testing appointment.  So hard since my scale is all over the place!  Last time I went in I thought I had stayed the same but actually lost 6 pounds!  I don't think it will be the case this time!
