"He is an absolute sweet man. At first site you are taken by his height, he is very tall. But he is a very patient, compassionate and understanding doctor. He examines you very profoundly. He diagnosed me with a murmur and although I had one as a baby no other doctor had ever mentioned it again in all of my 25 years, until Dr. Lamar. He is also very thorough and wants to make sure that his patients know everything there is to know. Then there is his staff which I absolutely adore, they are very caring and accomodating, they are absolutely the best. I have never met such a great staff. Linda the Bariatric Coordinator is just wonderful as well. She would go to great lengths to accomodate you and make sure you are doing great. I have to say this is the best medical staff I have ever encountered. There isnt a number high enough to rate them. "
