"When I first went to a meeting I was impressed of how small the class was. This was not my first meeting I attend for pre ops information. I went to St. Lucks meeting in the past and it was at least 75 people in a meeting room. It was terrible. With Dr. Simons I felt it was personal and we are to ask questions. The first interview with Dr. Simons was great. I was shocked he remember where I worked and asked me how was the job doing. At that moment I knew he was the Dr. for me. As for the staff, they can really use follow-up skills. I guess thay might me under staff. If you have on your voice mail you will return a call in 24 hours, do it! I have to say the only feedback they need to work on. As for preparing and sending the information to the insurance company no issue at all. All in all I guess it's going great. My date is 6-6-2007...."
