"I had already done some research when I went to his info session last July. Seemed very knowledgeable and witty, answered all my questions. I've since been to his monthly support groups, which are generally packed. Office staff is very professional and VERY BUSY! Karen, the insurance specialist, always took time to talk to me. There were some communication problems about my insurance, which lengthened the process, but I was eventually approved after 4 months. Woooohoooo!! His program seems very thorough compared to some others I've read about. The one thing I don't care for is that I didn't get to have an upfront consultation with Dr. Marema. My first consult is on 4/2. Otherwise, I have many friends whose surgery has been very successful, so I really wouldn't choose anyone else. "
