Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.

Hi Lucy, Try Vita4life. They have a website (Vita4life.com). The protein comes in individual 2 oz liquid protien that you can drink straight from the packet or you can mix it with tea, crystal light or juice. They are nice because you can throw it in your purse and take it with you. No fuss, no muss. Hope this helps. By the way, I think that it's either 22 or 24 grams of protein in each 2 oz. packet. 6/6/02 Lucy, thank you for your sweet welcome. I am just beginning my journey and already feel (you are right!) that I have found a family. I am relieved to see that you did not have to go through the cardiac cath. I have never heard the bit about the large breasts before. Interesting! I understand how you feel about the impending surgery date. Is March, 2002 when you first checked into the surgery? Do they expect to schedule you for surgery soon?
