1 year ago today weighed in at 219 before surgery and today I weigh in at 137!!!

So it was three months on 3/13
On 12/15 I weighed 218 and on 3/15 I weigh 168 I have gone from a size 16/18 to size 10 and the 10s are loose

Since surgery on 12/13/11 I have gone from 219 to 170 this am a total of 49 pounds!!!!

I have been 185 for atleast 1 1/2 weeks I don't know what to do
I am doing everything I am suppose to I am still on a soft diet so I know its not eating the wrong stuff
I live on soft fish and yogurt
and protien shakes

OK surgery was on Tuesday the 13Th and when they weighed me I was 210 on Wednesday am weight I was 212 and Thursday I was 219 wow that's a lot of weight in a couple of days. The nurse said it was because of all the IV fluids and swelling from surgery.
Well today is Sunday and I am at 206!
Pain is getting better and I am beginning to get a routine I think.
First thing when I get up I start drinking water because I know I need to get that 64oz of fluid in a day.
Next I make cream of wheat with soy milk and 1 scoop of protein powder.
1 pack of instant lasts me about 3 days so I mixed everything and and put it in storage container for fridge.
I crush all my pills and have 3 containers B-L-D so I can just add water and drink them.
water go's everywhere with me so I am always sipping.
FYI it's hard not to guzzle the water (old habits die hard)
Lunch I have soup either a broth or a cream soup 1 can of broth lasts me 3 days and that's breakfast and dinner
as for the cream soup I bought an org antic creamy tomato that has 2 gms of protein in a resealable container.
I make 1 8 oz protein shake a day and split it between meals because it would not be so good it I sipped it all day.
I have found I get less gas when I eat with a measuring cup you know the ones the measure your medicine in
that a spoon and I stay more to the recommendations of how much to eat.

The day is almost here I am very nervous but I am sure I will do fine.
I am waiting on the nurse to call me she said 2-3 days prior to surgery and she hasn't call yet.
I am sure she will call today if I don't hear from her this am I am going to call her.
