"I went to one of Dr. Wagner's informational seminars, back in July. I thought he was very professional, not at all arrogant, and he seemed to genuinely care about helping obese people to become healthier. After I met his office staff, I felt I was in very good hands. Many have said that Dr. Wagner is short on bedside manner, and it is true that he isn't one for small talk. However, he is not at all rude or condescending. He is just efficient. He is an excellent surgeon, very thorough, and bottom line, that's what counts. His staff is kind and professional and seem to really enjoy their jobs.
