Hi I am new to this web site and I was thrilled that I found it. I am having Lap band on March 1, 2010 , I have been on liquid diet for 1 week now and happy to say I have not cheated one time and I have lost 13lbs, I have 1 more week to go and then my sugery is Mon. the 1st. I hope to meet more people that are being banded aroun the 1st..........
