I am a 33 year old wife with four children ages 16, 14, 12, and 11. My husband and I have been a together for 18 years 
. Even before I became a mother i've always struggled with my weight. It feels like I have been a roller coaster that never comes to an end. My weight goes up and then it goes down. Recently I have had some medical problems that are caused by me being over weight . At that point I decided to make a life changing decision. When I asked my dr about it she was very supportive and has done everything she could to help me out. I have always been the one to help and fix everyone now its time for me to take care of myself. My new journey has begun.......
