"The experience was WONDERFUL minus some of the floor nurses. I had about 5 or 6 nurses during my stay and only cared for about 4 of them. My discharge nurse was rude. I believe this was due to being stretched too thin. ( Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. ) All pre-op appointments at the hospital were great. Karen, weight loss patient rep, is the nicest person and is very good at calming you pre and post op."
