Hi, im starting this a bit late. In fact so late that I have already had surgery. So let me begin w/ this: I went to my seminar on October 11th and went to my consulatation on October 16th 2006. Since then its been quite a journey, let me tell you! It seemed like forever waiting for a surgery date but when I finally got it, it seemed like the day after I was laying on that surgery table. It was all worth it
