It's been a while since I have been on. I have been very busy. I am down to 230 now. It has been very slow these last few months. My dr is okay with it. He says as long as I am losing soooo I will just keep trudging on! I am still so thankful that I have done this. It is one of the best things that have ever happened to me!

I went to see Dr. Mc yesterday. I weighed 234. I have had an interesting month. Dr. Mc says I have learned how to outsmart the band. So , he has put me on a 1000 calorie a day diet to jumpstart my wt loss back. I really want to lose about 36 more lbs before my 1 yr anniversay. So, I am hitting it hard today!

I have not updated on here in a while. I went for a fill last week. It was a life changing fill. I have had to make more food adjustments than on any other fill. I gained 2 lbs last month. Since my fill last week. I have lost. I weigh now 236. So, I have lost 65 lbs. Love the band except for the sliming!
5 month f/u visit

I went today for my 5 mo follow-up visit from surgery. I had lost 5.5 lbs, so I did not get a fill today. I don't have to go back for 2 months. I have now lost 62 lbs. I weighed 239 today.

I went to my doctor today for a 5 month follow-up visit. No fill today as I had lost 5.5 lbs this month. I weighed 239 today. I have now lost 62 lbs. I feel so much better !
3rd fill

Had my 3rd fill today. I only lost 3.5 lbs this last month. It is so crazy. I got filled last month had to go back same day for slight unfill. I guess I should have kept the fill! ARRGH! I have lost 56.5 lbs now. That is the good part! My wt today was 244.5
Wt loss slowing down

I am still at 55 lb wt loss. I seem to be struggling with a lot of old demons about eating. I am suppose to go on the 23rd for another fill. I think I will call my doctor on Monday to see if I can come in early. I am still so glad that I had the lap-band done!

Well, I had my 2nd fill on Monday. I can't remember how much I got. I had to go back that pm and get some out. I was having trouble drinking water. I have now lost 54 lbs. It's funny, we took pictures for Easter and I could not really see a difference in me, but everyone else can. It still bothers me that people that used to not give me the time of day are all of sudden my best friend!

Well, it seems since my dr did not give me a fill. I am a yo yo now. I lose 2 gain 2. I don't go see my dr until the end of the months. I pray I get some will power because I am doing it on my own right now!

I am a little aggravated that my dr did not give me a fill last week. I have been eating everything that will not eat me first. I have no self control right now! Lord, help me!
