I was always slim and very athletic growing up through school. When I had my first child I gained a little weight but after my third child ten years later I was obese. I denied the fact that I was so overweight to myself for many years. I just kept buying the next bigger size in clothes. About ten years of doing that and then one day you go to buy the next bigger size and you realize THERE AREN'T ANY BIGGER SIZES! It's a wake up call for sure. You look in the mirror and say to yourself HOW DID YOU LET THIS HAPPEN? I considered WLS for a couple of years before I finally went to a seminar. I know this will be life changing for me and I can't wait for a year or two down the road to be a happy person again!
