120 lbs. gone. I feel great! It's so hard to believe that I'm wearing a size 10. I still see fat. (I'm working on that) I have been stuck at the same weight since November '08. I'm a little worried that I've stopped losing weight. I hope I can reach my personal goal of wearing a size 8. I'm eating well. I eat protein first and no drinks with my meals and try to workout at least three times a week.

6 months and 3 weeks and I lost 100 lbs.. I did it! I can now cross my legs, fit comfortably in movie theater chairs and in restaurant booths, I can shop for hours without having to sit and rest, I can teach without having to sit every thirty minutes, I can squat down and get up without help and best of all I have this incredible energy. I take my vitamins and eat my protein first. I can eat almost everything and I don't feel deprived or like I'm missing out on anything. Since the surgery, I don't crave the same foods anymore. It doesn't bother me when someone eats something I used to crave in front of me. I hope I continue to feel this way forever.

I'm doing fine. No pain or complications. I am having trouble getting in the protein and water. The protein powder is nasty!
YUK! and one sip of water feels heavy in my pouch. I can't wait to start on mushy food. My sense of smell is soooo sensitive. I can smell everything a mile away. I'm also soooo bored at home but I know I'm not ready to go back to work. I probably wouldn't last the whole day with my very active class of 18 2nd graders.
