"The nuirses and assistants on the day shift did a fine job, two even stood out for their excelent service and compassion. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. However, the late night staff left something to be desired. I dreaded the nights because I knew My basic needs would not be met or at least not efficiently. For instance. I had a fever and asked if the nurse assistant could wet my wash cloth with cold water, she wet it with hot. I asked her again on a separate occation and she brought me a cup of ice. And when I did ask for ice it took over a half hour. These may seem like small issuse (anf there are more) but when you are hooked to a bunch of things and can't get out of bed to get it yourself, these small things mean everything to you."
