"I had always heard wonderful things about Dr. Castro, when I first saw him he was so layed back and so patient with me. He answered all of my questions, thoroughly reviewed all the WLS surgeries I think my visit was over an 1 & 15 minutes. I knew right then and there he was the doctor I was going to stick with. He has such great bedside manners each time he saw me after surgery he took his time not like other doctors that pop in and out of rooms. During my post op period any problem that I had he would always call me back an reassure me about my situation. His staff is also caring, helpful, and very knowledgeable about all of the insurances. You have to take the time out to get to know the staff and be patient because they are there to help us get what we need to be approved by our insurance plans. I rate Dr. Castro way over a 10 he is the best, sincere, and care surgeon I have ever met. His office staff I would rate at an 7. There has been staffing changes, but for the better not for the worse. I would recommend Dr. Castro to everyone!!!!!"
