"My first impression is that he is very serious and wants to provide the best overall experience for the patient. His staff that I have met are pleasant. However they are extremely busy. When I orginally made my appointment last summer I had thought it was to be a one on one. I was then told that because of the great increase in the desire to have surgery they were going to try the small group approach. This is the extent of the info that I can share."
