Susan, what an important way to receive encouragement. Seeing someone that was so similiar to yourself and the results yielded to them is better than any words can say. Hi, Susan! I'm pre-op also and I just wanted to say that I totally agree with your suggestion that we take notes and recipes as we see them. I've been doing that myself, and if I see something that I might want to try, or a website I may want to visit, I write it down in my WLS notebook for future reference.
