well i havent been on here in such a very long time i lost the 70# then its been 3 years and i gained back 40# which is better than gaining all of it plus some...recently i had been having alot of problems I went to the doctor and i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and high blood pressure and high cholesterol. i am on medication now... i am starting to feel alot better but i am still not completely back on track yet.
