Getting started

This is a huge step for me, I feel like if I blog about this journey I am actually going to have to finish it.
I am in the process of getting everything I will need together to have the lap band I find this rather overwhelming, I am the most irresponsible unorganized person I know, next to my teenage son.
There are so many thoughts going through my mind right now and I don't even have a surgery date yet, arghh this is just going to get worse. I know that this works but I have my doubts that it's going to work for me. I've tried other things to loose weight and nothing has worked, I so afraid I will be let down again.
