Its still a long way from where I want to be but I count it as a personal milestone. I am at 401 and averaging about 2 lbs a day drop right now.

Yesterday the Dr's office said they would finally submit for insurance approval for my wife and I.

my wife and I finally got in to see the surgeon and staff. Now the dog and pony show dealing with insurance. I was surprised the doctor actually complemented us on how well prepared, organised, etc... we both were. Go figure.
