Okay... Ao i am 42 and have been overweight most of my life but until the last couple of years I just accepted it. over the past year i sarted having medical issues, I know realated to the ongoing weight gain. now I find myself seeing the doc every 3 months for blood work and adjustments of medications. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO tired of taking meds. I have a wonderful, handsome husband that supports me no matter what and we have one son, he will be graduating from middletown this june, NEXT WEEK. and so again I will not know what to wear and it will be hot and I will again not enjoy another life event. This is not my only reason for surgery, it is a lifetime of events just like this time. I am so looking forward to having this done. Right now I am in the beginning stages, I met with the NP in Dr. Roye's office and she had me set up my phys eval, it is 24th of July. It is a requirement by Anthem Blue Cross, blue shield. I met all the other requirements stated in the handbook that Dr. Roye's NP showed me so after the eval I will find out is I will be accepted. Keep ypur fingers crossed for me and I will keep you updated.~Best of luck Mary

UPDATE!! The insurance company has an exclusion for WLS!! NO SURGERY FOR ME!!
