I'm much like many of the stories I've read. I started putting on wieght in my 40's....am now 59 and thinking, what the heck am I DOING? I have tried every diet imaginable from Weight Watchers to TV premade foods delivered to my doorstep. I am looking forward to finding myself again! I want to leave this quote because it does express my story:
"I want to bring people hope and laughter and a ferocious commitment to self-love."
