More clearances....YAY - Got cleared by the diet & exercise specialist on the 17th. So....more waiting but things to be moving on fairly well.

Come back in 4 wks.... - Today I went to the DIet & Exercise specialist & pretty much got told to come back in a month.
We set some goals and got a few eating changes in motion and got some encouragement ...
