echinacea - I feel like i might be getting a chest cold. Has anyone ever had a cold of any kind going into surgery? Are we allowed echinacea? Please help me out here.

optifast - I tried coconut extract with my optifast and its actually pretty good. Hopefully this flavour will help me get threw the next few days. No gagging no nothing ! YAH!
