Well guess the next step is the lawyer, they have sent me 4 different letters and all ask for something else, say I haven't turned some type of documented paper work, and I have.  I did want this before the end of the year, but sertainly doesn't look like it, I still am doing my pool 3 times a week, and monitoring my wt. and diet, just in case they ask. But have been really depressed because they are being so uncooperative.will keep you all updated, thank you for careing, Just remember, "BELIEVE" B.J.

Has been a long few months, I have BCBS, and everytime I think I have what they want and send it in they want something else, I have a Obesity Lawyer helping me out, this is really getting old, have even had couple reps from BCBS go over the paper work and they say the same thing, "Its all there". I think the first of the year will be no problem, because now I have all my deductables paid, then 2008 we'll start all over again, Not happy believe me. But what can one do?

I am a Mother of 7, 2 sets of twins, 6 grandchildren, now its my turn to shine,some might think I am to old, but 59 is just beginning. I want to be able to make a difference in peoples lives, touch them in such a manner they will know for sure Our Lord Walks Beside us,and often carries us, I have some friends who would like to go through this Lapband but are very leary, so I will open that door and get rid of that fear for us ole folk. May the Lord be with each and everyone of us through our journey,may we make new friends, and all be able to help each other, no matter where in this world we are.
