Hello, I am a 41 year old female, and after almost a year I finally received my surgery date! February 12th will be the beginning to a new start. I am familiar with the pre-op and post op simply because my husband has already gone through it 6 years ago. Needless to say he is very supportive in my decision to pursue this step. I am 5'6" and as of today 221. I have high cholesterol, difficulty sleeping, on anti-depressants, heart burn ect.. ect.. I am looking forward to the surgery and scared at the same time. I love my husband and family whole heartedly and want to be healthy and around for them. I am open to ideas and suggestions to make my journey successful. I will do my best to keep you updated on my progress.
