"He was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. He semms to really care about you. He really took into consideration my request for lap surgery, which he did. Dr. Jay wanted to do it open at first. His staff seems to be overworked and they tend to rush a bit. I think I'd rate him a 92 and his staff an 89."
