Hello everyone! I have been going through alot, but also have been very blessed. Im doing well with my weight loss and keeping it where I want it to be. I will be coming up on 3 years in Feb and so excited! Hope everyone has been doing well and I will blog a little later.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing great! I am still wearing a 5-7 and weighing 143 pounds and loving it! I wanted to say I saw some great looking pictures on here and to tell those that are waiting on a date to hang in there. Your day will come. I've been married now for 1 whole year and its great! It took some work, but if you have true love its all worth it. I would love to hear from my friends on here. Tell me how your doing. Have a great nite!

Hello my OH friends!

I hope everyone is doing well and in good spirits. I haven't wrote in awhile. Ive been so busy with work and getting my son ready for high school. I'm doing good. I'm in a size 5-7 now and I'm almost two years out. I must say I surprised myself on how well I am doing. I just knew I was gonna gain the weight back, but with the help of my family and friends Ive done well. I have some new pic posted. Take a look at them and tell me what you think. Its been a minute since I posted something on here. Well I'm doing Great! I'm down to 136 pounds and wearing a size 5. I feel so good and I'm really proud to say that I really used my tool. I'm now married and full of life. God has blessed me in so many ways and has allowed me to inspire others.  

Hey yall.... hope all of you is doing well. I must say that I'm feeling wonderful more and more each day. I'm so excited to say that I have lost 85 pounds as of today and weighing 161 pounds and wearing a size 8! I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself....I looked at some of yalls pictures and they look fantastic.. I hope everyone has been losing and maintaining there weight loss. I must say I do love my size right now and don't really want to lose anymore but the Dr said I will drop a few more pounds. I guess that's cool cause I will look even better in my wedding dress come Nov. Love all of you and stay sugar free!

Hello everyone! I hope all is well. In doing great! Im now in a size 11 and loving it. I just dont know what to do with myself. I give all the glory to good that I have come this far and still going strong. Im at 168 pounds and still losing. I dont have far to my goal weight. Wedding plans are coming along great. I only have 4 months to go. Oh ya I did purchase my wedding dress last Monday and it is beautiful. When I say I look like a princess I mean I look so good in that dress. Well enough about me. Yall write and tell me whats going on with yall. Take care and keep losing..... 

Hey yall! Just wanted to drop a few lines and say hello to you all. I must say this has been a wonderful journey. ( Thank god) Im down 70 pounds and dont know what to do with myself.   I have been feeling good and doing alot more this summer. I went swimming for the1st time in 13 years and had such a wonderful time. My son didnt even know I could swim. I hope everyone is doing well and feeling great. Always keep God 1st and you will go far..  

I must say I feel really good! Im down 58 pounds and lovin it. I just dont know what to do with myself....I went for my 3 month check up and they all were amazed at how I looked. My Dr. that did my surgery said I look fantastic. I told him thanks to him. Im going to the Beach this weekend, so I bought a cute little summer dress to wear and I cant wait. When I tell you Im so glad to be out of the 200 pound range I dont know what to do. I do have an addiction though. I shop like crazy now. I really need to go see someone about that. I just love looking nice and if it takes me buying new stuff then oh well right....I hope everyone is doing well and keeping up the good work. Hit me up sometimes so we can chat. Hey guys, hope everyone is feeling good and losing pounds. I must say I feel good. Im down 43 pounds and feeling wonderful! Im now wearing a size 14-16 down from a 18-20. I must say I really like the rate Im losing my weight. I didnt want to lose it to fast. Im cool with the inches going away. Well lets see, my wedding date is now Nov.15,2008. Im so excited and that gives me more time to get down to the size I want to be. Well I hope all is well and keep up the good work. Talk to yall later....     

Hello everyone! Hope all is well. Im now 6 weeks out almost 7 and feel pretty good. I must say I have had my share of episodes. I had a piece of grilled chicken that didnt agree with me and man let me tell you. It wasnt fun at all. I had to go to the ER and they gave me a  suppository for the nausea and the chicken had to just take its course. That was like the worse pain I have ever been in. Please be careful of what you eat and take it very slow. Well enough about that. Im back at work now and feel great! I even have the ladies on my team walking 30 minutes a day in the parking lot. Im down 38 pounds and went from a size 18-20 to a 15-16. Im happy with my progress. Im losing about 3 pounds a week which is fine by me. Now Im at the stage where Im can basically try anything and see if it works well with my pouch. Hope everyone is doing well and dropping pounds. Talk to you all later.
