"Dr. Sonpal upon meeting him for the first time seemed informed and friendly. Good natured and asked questions as to why I wanted the surgery, I felt he was not 'only interested in aquiring another patient', but seemed to be interested in my reasons for wanting and needing the surgery. The office staff is helpfull, and works toward getting the answers to questions in a timely fashion. I found the doctor to be a bit of a cut-up, which I personally loved! I like people who can see the lighter side of things, I do think though when we were discussing serious matters he stepped right into a professional mode which I appreciated as well! I think although I have not yet had my surgery, that Dr. Sonpal seems knowledgeable and competent which are the most important things to me, followed closly by the bedside manner."
